We’re excited to announce that The Light Leaks is looking for a Summer 2025 Video/Graphics Intern to join our creative team! This is an ideal opportunity for any college student eager to gain hands-on experience in social content creation, video editing, and graphic design and see their work count.

📝 Internship Details:

• Position: Video/Graphics Intern

• Location: Fully Remote (Candidates based in Los Angeles may have opportunities to attend live events and receive mentorship)

• Commitment: ~10 hours/week

• Duration: June 1 – Mid-August 2025

• Compensation: Unpaid (College credit only)

• Application Window: May 1 – May 20, 2025

• Interviews: May 13–May 23, 2025

Position Overview:
As a Video/Graphics Intern, you’ll help shape content that amplifies feminist voices and supports independent creators. You'll be working on:

• Video Editing: Cutting short clips from podcast and long-form content.

• Graphic Design: Creating original Canva graphics for our social media and newsletters.

• Content Organization: Help manage content in our system (Google Drive, Monday.com).

• Collaboration: Contribute to creative content with our team, all rooted in feminist, community-driven media.

What You’ll Gain:

• Portfolio development with published content.

• Opportunities to pitch original ideas and work on real projects.

Who We're Looking For:

• College students eligible for credit.

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut) and familiarity with Canva.

• A passion for feminist media, storytelling, and independent publishing.

• Strong communication, time management, and remote work skills.
