The Light Leaks' 2nd anniversary is 2/5 and in honor of that, we'd like to share this blowout sale with our community!
Times Up and the USC Annenberg Inclusion Institute announced at Sundance last week the 4% challenge. From 2007-2018, 4% of the directors across over 1k top-grossing films were women. They're challenging actors and students to commit to working with at least 1 female director on a feature film in the next 18 months. So far Adam Scott, Armie Hammer, Brie Larson, JJ Abrams, Janet Mock and Universal Studios are amongst those pledging the change. Read all of the pledges here.
The Empire star was the victim of a hate crime earlier this week in Chicago and has been hospitalized due to his severe injuries. The news has caused a ripple effect in Hollywood (and at large) about the need to look at identity through an intersectional lens. We stand with Jussie.
