NYC EVENT THIS SATURDAY

We're hosting a panel and networking event THIS Saturday at 6 PM in Brooklyn, NYC. The event is open to all identities and creative fields!

From digital illustration and UX/UI design to tv/film production to digital media and in-depth journalism, we'll hear the actionable steps these women took in their careers via an immersive panel. It'll be a night of learning and conversation (with desserts, a free raffle- valued at over $100, and more). Bring your friends!

Women Kick Ass at the Box Office

The film Captain Marvel has been kicking about as much ass as its namesake. The film has already grossed $200 million and is expected to rake in another $68-70 million this week. At this rate, many project that the film will eventually surpass the $1 billion mark. Lilly Singh, the Queer WOC Taking On Late Night

Diversity is lacking in many places in the world and late night TV is one of them. Lilly Singh is about to change that with her new NBC talk show A Little Late With Lilly Singh. Making her name on YouTube, Singh’s turn to the more conventional format of Late-Night Television marks a validation of sorts of the many creators who self-publish videos on the site. Of the opportunity Lilly said, “I get to make it inclusive, I get to create comedy segments, and interview people and really create something that I believe in and I'm so honored and humbled, truly.” Keep Reading
