  • Fun fact of the day: Light leaks in film photography occur when the film is prematurely exposed. Initially seen as damaged film, light leaks are now a trendy stylist choice that disrupts the image. Our name comes from this analogy because we see the women and gnc filmmakers in our community as those disruptive voices making everlasting change within the film industry. It’s not the norm for now but one day we hope it will be. This is why we are PROUD of our name, The Light Leaks.

  • Passionate about the film industry but not passionate about film school? That’s totally OK!  You can still find the knowledge and experience to make you unstoppable.  TLL’s Dani Espinosa is here to offer tips on how to find your way in the industry without film school.
