  • The Light Leaks is an online community that has positive, and very real IRL effects—meet Sumayyah! After getting a paying gig through connecting with someone in the TLL community, Sumayyah felt a confidence boost and community support!

  • A look at queer and trans representation on-screen by one of TLL’s own, our partnerships and brand developer Sophie! They’re focusing on Euphoria’s portrayal of queer and trans teenage experiences, which is helmed largely by actress, Hunter Schafer’s identity.   • Looking for more ways to support women in film this Women’s History Month? Here's a look ahead at the remaining weeks of events for the Athena Film Festival—they have so many brilliant women-led panel conversations being released and live Q&A's with female filmmakers.

  • ViacomCBS is opening the door to diverse writers to join their 8-month Writers Mentoring Program. Through mentoring, workshopping, and observing, this program is designed to set aspiring writers up for success! If this piques your interest, don’t hesitate to apply!
